Very quick movers. Very nice! Every item was wrapped with care.

We have used Zip Movers for 2 long distance moves and separate storage this year. Having moved many times in our life, I can say these guys are phenomenal! From the office staff (Mia, Nikki, Dean etc) to the drivers and crew ( we had 3 different crews for our separate moves) each and everyone was professional, courteous, very hard working and a pleasure to work with. In particular Nikki was an amazing and efficient communicator, left us feeling very comfortable on each move. First time we haven’t had any damage, and their guys are much stronger than they look!…they take great care of furniture and are very polite and appreciative guys. Like all of you, there are many moving companies vying for our business, your money is well spent with Zip… and oh by the way, they didn’t nickel and dime us with a thousand line items for material, packing, etc… it’s easy to understand their pricing and we felt it was great value for our money.

Eduardo, Erving and Everth moved us out and in quickly and without an incident. They worked hard and efficiently throughout the whole process.

A week later, Nikki followed up to see if I had any additional questions and sent over some helpful information that made the process even smoother. On the day of the move, the team—Mario, Jose, and Tony—kept me updated with their ETA and arrived right on time. I was impressed with how quickly they got to work. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to ask where I wanted things placed and what else needed to be done at both the pick-up and drop-off locations. Mario stood out as a well-organized leader, ensuring that everything went according to plan. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but the team made it feel seamless. Eduardo Lopez and his crew were absolutely amazing with packing up our home and moving us. They worked diligently to make sure that each box were placed in the appropriate room and set up all of our big times (beds, couch, chairs, dinning room set). They took their time and entreated us like we were family. If you are looking to relocate, these are the gentlemen you want to help.

Easy experience from start to finish- Tony and Dean were helpful in the booking and coordinating process. I had lots of questions and changes along the way that they were very helpful with. On moving day, the crew (Eduardo López, Evert, and Erving) worked efficiently and carefully. Nothing was damaged and the job was completed ahead of schedule. Price was reasonable as well. I would recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

Edwardo and Erving were just great! They were very efficient, took good care of my mom's things, and there were NO surprises at the end of the move. No added fees, or unexpected charges. I'd recommend them strongly.

Eduardo and Erving arrived in the time that was said they would and started as soon as they arrived.They took great care in wrapping my furniture to prevent damage to my furniture. When they arrived at the delivery point they set up my furniture in the place which we wanted it to go. They were very professional. Eduardo and Erving are a real asset to the business. As for Zip Moving and Storage, I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Randy,Juan and Everth moved us from Houston to Lake Lure NC. They did a great job, taking proper care of all of our possessions. They were easy to work with and were patient waiting for us to meet them at our new home. I would recommend using Zip for your next move.

I will use Zip movers over and over again. Their front office folks were very helpful. The virtual walk through was fast, easy and ensured we didn’t leave anything out in the move estimate. We used ZIP Moving last weekend for a local move within the Atlanta metro area. The entire process was very professional and to our complete satisfaction. Eduardo and his crew (a team of three) were on time, and extremely professional, efficient and very polite. At no point was there any slack in the process. They were well prepared and equipped with their tools, and the team was very organized and coordinated very well amongst themselves. We had packed nearly everything into boxes, and disassembled a lot of our furniture. They used stretch wrap and furniture pads to protect the furniture, and took care to avoid any damage to our walls and flooring. All in all - a very good experience. We would happily recommend ZIP moving.

I used Zip twice and had the best experience. I had the pleasure of working with Mario both times and highly recommend using them. Don’t use anyone else!! I had a terrible experience with SafeShip and everything across the overall experience went terribly wrong - they were over 10 hours late, they upped my cost about $2k unexpectedly when all said and done, had horrible communication and even worse customer service. Once we used Zip, it was such a relief to know there are wonderful moving companies still around. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They were very kind, looked to see how they could save me money, went into detail on what to expect and surprisingly I didn’t have any bad surprises. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. I will be using them for all my moving needs in the future!!

Randy, Juan and Everton did an amazing job! I was so nervous about moving. I had full service packing loading and unloading, They were organized, clean, efficient and managed to unload all of my items without damage or misplacing things. The labels were made to go back into the respective rooms making unpacking easy.

Eduardo and Moises made everything so unbelievably easy and went above and beyond to make our move seamless. They arrived on time and handled everything with care. Hi, I’m Sarah. I hired Zip Moving and Storage yesterday to move out of my apartment, and I had a great experience. Their customer service was excellent; they provided me with logistical details before the movers arrived. Mario and Jose were my movers, and they were fantastic—quick, friendly, and very personable. They dismantled my bed and had all my belongings loaded onto the truck in under an hour. They even sent a 30-minute courtesy reminder before arriving. Their minimum base rate is four hours, but they finished everything in less time. They are affordable and extremely professional. They’ve become my go-to movers in Georgia!

Eduardo and Juan were very professional and treated my sister's belongings and furniture as if it were their own. They wrapped everything and were careful when moving. Nothing was damaged. I recommend Zip Moving especially Eduardo and Juan. They were on it, and we are very satisfied overall. We will definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future. Zip moving has been great. They’ve moved my furniture twice now. Edwardo and Everth were quick, polite, and professional.

Great customer service and excellent job on the moving day. The movers were very careful about the items and stayed to build back the beds so that we can sleep in the new house. They moved things quickly and helped us pack fragile items so that they don’t break during transport. All in all, I highly recommend them and will use them again if we decide to move.

The Zip crew Miguel, Jose and Sergio were nice and efficient. They took great care of our important pieces. A pleasure.

Nikki, Randy and the Zip Moving team did a great job with our cross-state relocation. They were communicative throughout the whole process and courteous of our possessions at pickup and delivery. After three months in storage, our items arrived in the same condition as we left them.

Movers treated my belongings with care. Dan with his fellow worker were very cordial and professional. I felt comfortable with them handling my items. My experience w/Zip Storage & Moving was an Outstanding 5 Star Experience. It not only began with the Manager, & office personnel in setting up the moving date as well as working with me thru this move; but my three movers were outstanding! Eduardo, Daniel, & Alvaro arrived on time, professional took great care of my furniture & followed through with everything that I had with the manager. All three were efficient in doing their job, amicable to my unexpected request and job was completed within estimated time. Please excuse & know that the lateness of my review is only due to my playing catchup.

We are very happy we chose zip moving. We were assigned the Rico group. This group of men, led by Mario truly treated our furniture and contents as carefully as if they owned them. They removed all glass shelves etc and packed them seperate. Then wrapped all furniture to protect it adding cardboardtpthe sides of glass cabinets to better protect from breakage. They also used foam and bubble wrap where necessary to better protect some antigue items we had, yet they were very fast and grtting everything ready to move. After loading the items on the truck they further added padding becore strappin. When unloading they were just as carefiul yo make sure nothing was damaged during thr move.g the furniture inside the truck.
