I’ve hired several different companies for local moves in the Atlanta area, but I have never been more impressed than I was today after witnessing the exceptional work of Zip Moving and Storage. To start with, all it took was a very quick and simple phone call to set things up. (I know I could have chosen to do it online, but I’m a bit old school.) Because of an unexpected emergency on my end, I originally had to cancel my move at the last minute. Zip was incredibly helpful and understanding. They kept my information on file and did not charge me any cancellation penalty even though I couldn’t reschedule until several months later. When the move finally happened, the crew of Eduardo, Juan, and Randy were very careful and absolutely professional. The entire process only took about half the time I had assumed because they were extremely organized. I couldn’t have been more pleased with everything from start to finish. I will definitely use Zip again the next time I need anything moved.
