I’ve hired several different companies for local moves in the Atlanta area, but I have never been more impressed than I was today after witnessing the exceptional work of Zip Moving and Storage. To start with, all it took was a very quick and simple phone call to set things up. (I know I could have chosen to do it online, but I’m a bit old school.) Because of an unexpected emergency on my end, I originally had to cancel my move at the last minute. Zip was incredibly helpful and understanding. They kept my information on file and did not charge me any cancellation penalty even though I couldn’t reschedule until several months later. When the move finally happened, the crew of Eduardo, Juan, and Randy were very careful and absolutely professional. The entire process only took about half the time I had assumed because they were extremely organized. I couldn’t have been more pleased with everything from start to finish. I will definitely use Zip again the next time I need anything moved.

I'm very satisfied with my moving experience with Zip Moving &. Storage. They arrived on time and worked pretty quickly. The process was pretty seamless. I wasn't made aware that they itemized the shrink wrapping and boxes for glass as a separate fee, but those charges are supposed to be reimbursed. Keep in mind, they only include blankets to wrap your furniture. Boxes and shrink wrap will be provided, with a fee, for TVs, and other fragile items. Same with mattress covers.
Eduardo’s crew of Moisés and Moisés was fantastic yesterday. Very courteous, strong, worked hard with a great attitude. Excellent communication throughout the entire process from booking to arrival, walkthrough both houses and placement of future and boxes, etc. The last 3 hours they unloaded in the rain which didn’t deter them. They were careful with my new home floors with their equipment and protected the floors and themselves when it got slippery. My husband said I did a great job booking them.
