If you would like to change the date or time of your move, please contact us as soon as possible. Our moving coordinators are available to receive your requests and work with you and your schedule to plan a new date or time.
The sooner you contact us, the better, as you and our movers will have more time to plan and execute a seamless moving process.
Changing Move Date or Time
If you would like to change the date of your move, you must let us know at least 10 days prior to your original moving date. This provides enough time for you to organize your belongings and for our movers to properly prepare for your move. Remember, if you reschedule your move at least 10 days prior, there is no rescheduling fee.
If you reschedule your move less than 10 days prior to the original move date, you will be charged 50% of your deposit. You may reschedule up to 3 days prior to the original move date, but any rescheduling after that will cost you an additional deposit.

Possible Price Changes
The non binding moving estimate is subject to change if you choose to set a new date for your move. Please be advised, rescheduling is subject to availability. For local moves, the hourly rate can change depending on the new date you’ve selected. This is due to the time of year of your new moving date, since our availability varies from month to month. For example, if you change your moving date from March to June, expect an increase in the total moving price, since June is one of our busiest months.
Keep in mind that there would be a fee when rescheduling three days before the pickup or delivery date.
Planning Ahead
Timing is everything when it comes to moving. Planning your moving timeline carefully allows for plenty of time to get your belongings in order and prepare for your move. If you’ve carefully planned your moving date and time, you will have more time to do what is necessary to make the moving process smooth and seamless.
Of course, if something unavoidable happens and you are forced to change your moving date, it’s not the end of the world! Our moving coordinators will work hand in hand with you to schedule a new plan that works for both you and our movers.
